Anchor Reliable has two senior employees it wishes to highlight; CEO Brian Woodring and CFO Joel Richardson.

With an extensive history in the trucking industry dating all the way back to 1998, Brian is poised to take Anchor Reliable to the forefront of the industry. Brian graduated from C-1 Driving School in Indianapolis and began his career with Transport America (TA) in 1998 where he quickly made a name for himself due to having zero service failures, a quality which he brings to Anchor Reliable. Noticing his talents, TA certified Brian as a driver trainer and placed him on their most important accounts. After several years driving OTR, Brian went on to drive locally around the Indianapolis area. Brian would eventually take a sabbatical from driving and moved overseas for several years where he acquired a TEFL diploma and taught English in Ukraine, Russia and China. Today, Brian has extensive experience in dry vans, reefers, heaters, and tankers. Tractors he has driven include old cab-overs, day cabs, sleepers and even yard spotters. Brian has a bachelors degree and in his free time he can be found enjoying music (hard rock) and watching drag racing.

Joel Richardson is new to the trucking industry but has substantial experience in management and finance. Hand picked by CEO Brian Woodring, Joel has an uncanny attention to detail. Because of Joel's experience with computers, spreadsheets, finance and organization, Joel has all the necessary skill sets to keep Anchor Reliable compliant with all FMCSA regulations. Joel is fastidious about organization, record keeping and money management and has the drive and passion necessary to work with the owners and CEO Brian Woodring to make Anchor Reliable an industry leader. Joel enjoys spending his free time with his children, listening to music and studying. Joel has an MBA and graduated with honors.
